Gymnastics Classes

Artistic
Traditional gymnastics with routines on apparatuses like vault, bars, beam, and floor for women; and floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar for men.
Rhythmic
Women-only routines performed on the floor using a ball, hoop, ribbon, clubs, or rope, focusing on flexibility, coordination, and artistic expression.
Aerobics
Fast-paced routines with aerobic dance movements, focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance, done solo or in groups.

Frequently Asked Question!
We provide Artistic and Aerobic Gymnastics training for all levels, from beginners to professional teams, as well as Rhythmic Gymnastics for Amateurs.
Sessions can last anywhere between 1 hour and 2 and half hours based on the the level and the class type.
The frequency of the training vary by class type as well.
Starting from the age of 2 and half years old, kids can join in our Baby Fitness program.
Boy and Girls from the age of 3 and above can join in the beginners program or join the professionals team based on their skill level.
We offer a free evaluation session to assess your child’s current skill level done by our coaches. We will also recommend the best starting level and type of gymnastics for your child. This session is mandatory for every kid to ensure they are at the right level and getting the most value from each practicing session.

VAMOS Academy is located at 6360 Al-Quds Mosque Street, Mokattam, Cairo.
Monthly membership prices vary based on the level of your kid, and which gymnastic type they will join; which is determined after the free evaluation session done by our coaches. However, beginners levels starts from 650 EGP per month.
